General Construction Permit Oil and Gas Registrations with Public Interest

The New Mexico Environment Department (“NMED”) announces a virtual public hearing to take evidence on an application for an air quality construction permit for C&E Concrete, Inc., Gamerco HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) pursuant to the New Mexico Air Quality Control Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 74-2-1 et seq., and Section 206 of 20.2.72 NMAC – Construction Permits.
The hearing will be held virtually via the Zoom platform to begin at 4:00 p.m. MST on September 27, 2021. The Bureau will provide a way for those who wish to participate in the hearing in Spanish, and Navajo, and for those who are hearing-impaired and wish to participate in the hearing to do so. Requests for American Sign Language interpreters need to be submitted to Todd Sherrill to set up arrangements at least 15 days prior to the hearing.
The Zoom link will be posted on this website with basic instructions on September 27, 2021.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REVIEW
Pursuant to Section 74-2-7.H, NMSA 1978, any person who participated in this
permitting action and who is adversely affected by the action may file a petition for
hearing by the Environmental Improvement Board, c/o Gregory Chakalian, 1190 St.
Francis Drive, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87502. The petition shall be made in writing
to the Board within thirty days from the date notice is given of this action.
Driving Directions: From the intersection of Airport Rd. and Veteran’s Memorial Hwy in Santa Fe, NM travel west on Airport Rd. for 0.18 miles to Colony Dr. Turn north on Colony Dr for 0.1 miles and turn east on Paseo de River. Travel on Paseo del River for 0.7 miles to the site.
