| COVID-19 Information All Environmental Health Bureau (EHB) field offices are closed to minimize the spread of the Corona Virus. EHB Liquid Waste Program is encouraging all members of the public to use e-mail whenever possible to interact with staff and field offices. Please see attached for detailed information on continued operations during this public health emergency. Implementing the Septage Pumping Truck Annual Registration The annual registration process will become effective July 1, 2021. The Liquid Waste Program has scheduled a series of public meetings to discuss the proposed requirements that will become effective 7/1/21. These meetings are an opportunity for industry and public to provide input on how the process will be implemented. The meetings are scheduled for the week of April 19th through the 24th 2021 ; for details click the title above.Implementing the Alternative System Annual Operating Permit Renewal Process The annual operating permit renewal process will begin effective 7/1/21. The Liquid Waste Program will schedule a series of public meetings to discuss the proposed requirements . These meetings are an opportunity for industry and public to provide input on how the process will be implemented. The meetings will be schedule in May, 2021.
